Bomb Threat Protocol

For any emergency or threat to the school, CSA administration will utilize the Standard Response Protocol to respond to the situation and ensure the safety of students & staff, including a bomb threat and/or suspicious package.

CSA administration is trained on specific conversations and questions to ask someone who calls in a bomb threat, while all staff members are constantly on guard for noticing any suspicious packages on campus.

With any situation where students are in immediate danger from a bomb threat, CSA administration and staff will
  • Call 9-1-1.
  • Ensure the Principal or designee is notified.
  • Students are removed from immediate area and wait for directions from the principal or designee.
  • Students remain in designated area until all clear.
