One-to-One Technology
Chaparral Star Academy (CSA) is a 1-to-1 technological school where every student in 4th – 12th grade is issued a Chromebook for use during school and at home.
Our students are expected to bring his/her Chromebook to school every day to help participate in the daily instruction of his/her course(s). Teachers often incorporate Chromebooks into daily instruction, providing a more enriching and hands-on experience for students.
CSA utilizes the Google Business platform, providing every student with a school e-mail address and access to Google applications such as Google Classroom. Teachers use Google Classroom as a digital “planner” and post daily homework so students can always access his/her assignments.
