Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Given our new year and the challenges it poses, our procedure for drop off and pick up has changed.  We will begin the morning procedure at 7:25 AM and parents are encouraged to take advantage of the early opportunity to avoid the 7:40 rush and possible tardies.  Read more for an explanation and diagram about the procedure.

New School Magazine

Some students from our high school have started our very first editorial club! The editorial club will be producing new issues of their magazine: Blue Sails throughout the year. This magazine will showcase written works (such as articles or poetry), artwork, photos, or other creative projects submitted by students from all grades.

Congrats to Commended Students on PSAT

Kimber Hageman, Batul Mabruk & Ammaar Siddiqui have been named as Commended Students in the 2021 National Merit Scholarship Program.  Commended Students placed among the top 50,000 scorers of the more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2021 competition by taking the 2019 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).

Virtual Spanish Club

The Spanish Club will meet virtually every Wednesday, from 4:15 to 4:45 P.M. We play games, listen to music, and have cooking demonstrations! All are welcome to join no matter your level of Spanish! The Plan Moving Forward

Our initial four-week stint of virtual instruction will end on Thursday, September 17th. Our Governing Board approved and we submitted a TEA waiver for a second four-week period to run from September 18th-October 16th. A pivotal piece of TEA’s requirement for the second four-week virtual platform is that “some on-campus instruction must be provided each day” during the extended period.
