Please note that there will be an annual mandatory virtual Round-Up that will take place during July 19-22, 2021. Parents should set aside 20-30 minutes from9:00am – 2:00pm on the date that coincides with your student’s last name to complete the beginning-of-the-year paperwork documents on line. Details on document completion & submission will be sent in a future email.
ROUND-UP DATES (according to student’s last name)
Monday, July 19: A-F
Tuesday, July 20: G-L
Wednesday, July 21: M-R
Thursday, July 22: S-Z
Those completing the document submission by 2:00pm on the corresponding day of the annual Round-Up are ASSURED a spot for the upcoming school year. If it is not possible for you to submit the beginning-of-the-year paper work on the corresponding date, then a document explaining the reason should be submitted to the administration prior to Round-Up. Following Round-Up, at grade levels where spots are available due to non-receipt of beginning-of-the-year paperwork,those on the waiting list will be contacted for possible placement.
