Scheduling for 2024-25

Before a student can determine course selection for the subsequent school year, he/she needs to understand the details of his/her Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) as well as the Graduation Plan section of Student Portal (which explains his/her progress toward his her graduation requirements).

Frequently Asked Questions from 8th graders during the respective High School, College & Career Instruction can be found on the HSCC Preparation Instruction section of the website. Frequently Asked Questions from juniors during the annual college prep instruction can be found on the Juniors - College Preparation section of the website.  Administration suggests every student read them!

Scheduling courses for the 2024-25 school year for freshmen, sophomores & juniors will be conducted primarily online.  Before a student begins the process, he/she should watch the three videos below.

 

STEP 1: WATCH THE VIDEO(s) BELOW

Students & Parents/Legal Guardians who have been through the annual CSA scheduling process before and feel they know the information in the first 2 videos can skip directly to video #3. However, CSA recommends all students and parents/legal guardians WATCH ALL THREE.

STEP 2: GRAB YOUR PERSONAL GRADUATION PLAN
 

Students will need to reference his/her personal graduation plan in order to complete the online form.

On the graduation requirements section in Student Portal, we recommend every student pay attention to the last column which indicates any missing credits not found on the graduation plan. These have also been highlighted on the distributed packet, if applicable.
